This is a nice holster. It holds my 1911 very snug, and does not slide around on my belt. I’ve had issues with other paddle holsters wiggling around when you walk or sit down. Especially in the case of a 1911, since it is a little heavy. No issues there with this holster. Great for range use and fits close to your body so it’d be fine for concealed carry as well. It is grey and not black, not a big deal for me but I noticed some reviewers were caught off guard by that.
Only downside is that I can see it is a little bit weaker material than its carbon fiber cousin. Just fine for occasional concealed carry and range use. I do think it would be worth it to get the carbon fiber model for full time carry or Law Enforcement use.
All in all I’m very happy with it and it works well for what I need.

This is a very well crafted holster. It covers the trigger – very important when there is a live round in the chamber. Very easy to draw my SIGMA. One drawback is the paddle is very hard to remove when I go someplace my SIGMA can’t go. Can’t be too harsh because if it were easy to remove, it would also be easy to be stolen or just drop to the ground.

I bought the original serpa blackhawk for my glock 21 45ACP and also used it for my glock 17, which it held but was somewhat loose. Once I sold my 21 I bought a 23, the subcompact 40 cal, and at this point I realized I needed a holster that fit these guns. So having sold off my blackhawk 45ACP holster, I bought this “level 2″ holster because it was cheaper and still had the awesome serpa design which I’ve always found to be of good quality, and it only comes with the paddle backing, as opposed to the belt loop attachment that I rarely used. So i bought the serpa that fits a glock 17 and 22. I found that while it works very well with the glock 23 also (even tho its not listed for it) it holds the 17 somewhat loosely despite being made for the 9mm and 40S&W. regardless, its still a great holster and will fit multiple guns, tho maybe not quite as snug as the recommended, as long as its in the same family (such as glock) it will hold and lock the gun in the holster. The level 2 doesnt seem to have quite the quality as the original, it is still the best bang for your buck. I would recommend this to anyone who carries, even if its just at the range.

the best for your buck! you wont get disappointed with this holster, i bought this for my Glock 17 Tokyo marui and it works perfectly,it just glides in and out for quick draw and re holstering the gun. I love it just wish i came in black but doesn’t really matter i can always paint it, once it gets old. the seller also gets 5 star for the cheapest price i found and fast shipping!

The holster is very compact and fits perfectly with my Glock model 23. I have used it with my regular belt and it works comfortably. Great price for the holster.
