I mainly use binocs for birding and wildlife viewing and they were very reliable. The image is sharp and the focus was very sensitive. The adjustable eyecups took some getting used to, since I have never had binocs that did this before. But it didn't take long to also get used to that feature. The weight was very good, never giving you any neck aches. I also like the strap, it's super comfortable!! Also, the waterproof-ness of these was tested several times when I was caught in the rain with them and I can attest to it being true!
