I had to send back the watch since it presented problems in the crown. When I got in touch with Hanova they asked me to send a photo since it should be fake. Fortunately Amazon accepted the product back. I didn’t like the treatment of Hanova since the problem of fake copies is not to be inputed to customers. I don’t recomend purchase products of this brand.

The watch came in a very nice case, is quite hefty and tough looking. My son is very pleased with the product.
Overall I am very happy with the service provided by Amazon. They took care of a return I have and replaced it promptly.
