I was expecting to get some flimsy little piece of cloth with a zipper like you find in surplus stores, but this is serious heavy duty. The seams are approaching overdone, and the material has a thickness close to a canvas heavybag. This is a serious MOLLE accessory, no joking around here.
-4 connector straps, as apposed to 2 with some other brands
-Securely locking metal snaps, instead of weak plastic buckles. Secure enough to not fall off, but not impossible to get off if you need to drop it in a hurry.
-2 zippers for directional opening (Good for getting your stuff when climbing has you hanging in awkward positions which would spill other pouches)
-Grommet at the bottom for fast drainage.
Definitely not one of the impostor products that are so common among vendors of such items. To quote an active duty friend of mine, this is Mil-Spec, not “Mil-Spec”.
